Senior Inventory Control Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for the daily processes in the field of storage and inventory control. You work closely with incoming goods, shipping, production and sales. The aim is to ensure correct storage, punctual deliveries and optimal stock quantities. For this you need a good understanding of the processes and material flows. Processing of ECOs (new items, changes, discontinued items) Implementation and evaluation of inventory and inventory corrections Resolution of Commission and Intercompany contracts Bookings and data maintenance in the ERP system (D365) Coordination and settlement of RMA and make-to-order processes Organization of goods receipt, shipping and INCO transfers Optimization and restructuring of warehouses and processes

Completed training in the field of warehouse logistics, supply chain or comparable to clear practice reference At least 3–5 years of detectable, operational professional experience in the field of inventory control / warehouse logistics Experience in a manufacturing or industrialized company Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. D365) in daily business, including bookings and inventory corrections Detectable practical experience in storage processes (incoming goods, picking, shipping) Structured, process-oriented and independent operation High accuracy, durability and consistent quality awareness Embossed hand-on mentality and willingness to cooperate in the camp Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
