Your important contribution

They support the installation management

the pedagogical and organizational management of the day-care facility, the supervision and management of staff of the secondary workers,

cooperation and cooperation with parents in the sense of an educational partnership;

the active participation in the further development of existing and new concepts for the implementation of the educational, educational and care mission of the institution,

networking with social services to ensure the welfare of the child (conversion of § 8a SGB VIII),

What you should bring

You have completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator or a completed university degree in early childhood education (Bachelor or Master).

Additional qualifications in the field of leadership and leadership, e.g. specialist for organization and leadership, or kita management, or possibly as a family advisor, etc. are desirable.

They have qualified pedagogical expertise for work with children and their parents.

They have ideally already experience as a lead or representation.

They have competences to lead a team and to accompany them professionally.
