We are looking for an experienced personality that strategically develops with its expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment of the AKDB Cloud Infrastructure. You take over the strategic administration, further development and optimization of the AKDB Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune You design, implement and implement modern cloud and modern workplace architectures taking into account security, compliance and governance requirements You are responsible for the configuration, monitoring and continuous optimization of Microsoft 365 services as well as cloud-based collaboration and security solutions You develop identity and access management concepts based on Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles You analyze complex technical challenges, identify sustainable solutions and take over the technical escalation in critical incidents You guide and accompany challenging projects to launch new Microsoft 365 technologies and to continuously modernise our cloud infrastructure You advise internal technical questions and support architecture decisions and the selection of suitable Microsoft solutions You develop standards, best practices and operating processes and ensure a stable, secure and powerful Microsoft 365 environment Automate recurring processes with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph and advance the standardization of our cloud platform You support and coach colleagues in technical questions and actively contribute your experience to the team

Multiannual professional experience in the administration and development of Microsoft 365 environments Funded knowledge in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance, in particular Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview and Zero Trust Experience in the planning and implementation of complex cloud architectures and in identity and access management Very good knowledge of PowerShell and ideal experience with Microsoft Graph and automation solutions Experience with hybrid scenarios, Entra Connect and Exchange Hybrid Experience in technical project management or as a technical contact within projects Structured, self-responsive and solution-oriented working methods as well as pronounced communication and consulting skills High customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in sharing knowledge in the team Nice to Have Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Cybersecurity, Architect Expert or Security Administrator Associate Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel or other security solutions Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code Experience with ITIL processes and enterprise environments
