To ensure that this works reliably even at high speed and growth, we need someone who manages our day-to-day operations and continuously improves them. We do not seek an administrator, but someone who takes responsibility for the result and stabilizes processes. Total operational control: You are responsible for the areas of printing, transponder finishing (chipping) and shipping. You plan capacity and resources so that we not only keep dates and quality standards, but guarantee. Process optimization: You're not happy with the status quo. You analyze deviations, reduce throughput times and standardize operations to minimize errors and rework sustainably. Team Leadership & Development: You run your teams with a clear edge and empathy. You are structuring the deployment planning, making for a smooth installation and building emergency concepts that also hold at load peaks. Resource management: You have a look at material stocks, predict our resources and actively participate in the procurement of new machines. Interface to Success: You report directly to the COO and proactively communicate capacity and risks to Customer Care and Success. You make sure the store is running today and tomorrow.

Experience in the “pressure boiler”: You have already carried operational responsibility in an environment with hard deadlines (e.g. printing, event logistics or production). You know the interplay of planning and ad hoc reaction. Structured maker: You think in processes and key figures, but are not afraid to pack yourself when it burns. You're looking for the cause of a problem to permanently stop it. Technical bite: You have a deep understanding of mechanics and automation. Your ambition is awakened if technology does not do what it is supposed to – you think in solutions and do not hesitate to put on your own hand to solve problems.
