The Central Institute for Mental Health stands for internationally outstanding research and groundbreaking treatment concepts in psychiatry and psychotherapy, child and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and addiction medicine.

MHFA First aider is an established and growing project at the Central Institute of Mental Health, where interested lay people are trained as first aiders for mental health. For this innovative project we are looking for a project developer | Train the Trainer & Kursleiter (m/w/d) at the next possible time. Share of jobs: 40 to 100 %

The job is limited to two years, but there is the possibility of continuing employment. Projekttwickler | Train the Trainer & Kursleiter (m/w/d) - Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

Creation and piloting of new products in the form of presence and online courses Conception, creation and implementation of training for future course managers Dissemination of the program (e.g. creating information material, contact with relevant multipliers) Train the Trainer activities in the training of new course leaders: mediation of course contents at the meta level and didactic skills as well as moderation and production of a value-estimating course atmosphere and regulation of group dynamics Conducting MHFA first aid courses (presence and online) as well as lectures or other products Take over further tasks, such as communication with external instructors

Education: You have a completed university degree (e.g. psychology, medicine, etc.) in which you have been taught well-founded disorder knowledge. Experience: You have (first) experiences in the treatment/respect of patients with mental disorders. You were also able to experience in project work, lectures or group management. Collecting courses and being familiar with the current MS Office applications. Team player and initiative: You are flexible working in agile teams, you work independently, take the initiative and are open to new ideas. You have a stylistic, friendly appearance and a pronounced communication capability. Place of work: It is possible for you to carry out the training on site in Mannheim. A journey for courses and lectures will also give you pleasure.
