As a speaker of the Carl Zeiss Vision Care COO/CTO, you support this in strategic and operational issues. You are actively involved in the development and implementation of global projects and measures within the responsibility of the COO/CTO. Due to the wide range of topics, you will build a comprehensive network in various business and functional areas of the Carl Zeiss Vision Care and the ZEISS Group, which will actively help you advance the organizational topics and projects. In the function of the Executive Officer, you act as a contact person/in for seniors, management assistants, executives as well as employee representatives (company councils, trade union representatives, supervisory boards) and external contact persons such as mayors and government representatives at our production sites. In the daily business, make sure that the COO/CTO always has a consistent picture of its organization and its core topics. In doing so, you will clear out inconsistencies and thus ensure the accuracy and traceability of the information. You work closely with the COO/CTO and support it in strategic and operational issues In doing so, you take responsibility for a challenging task area, which is strongly influenced by self-responsible thinking and acting You develop meaningful analyses and concepts, take on project responsibility and actively contribute to the development and implementation of global projects with Relevant presentations for Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Management You support the Executive Board in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and appointments of the Executive Board with supervisory bodies and management bodies With all these activities, you are immersed in a challenging and inspiring environment and are driving forward the strategic topics of the ZEISS Group in collaborative cooperation. You build a comprehensive network in the various business and functional areas of the ZEISS Group and thus form the basis for excellent international career options.

A scientific or technical university degree with very good results, preferably with completed semester abroad or internships and international experience Several years of professional experience in a challenging industrial environment combined with a background in a top consulting company, preferably in the field of business and organizational development, or a comparable staff function in an international industrial company German and English in word and writing, as well as advanced knowledge in another foreign language (probably Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) Embossed analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking A high degree of flexibility and durability Commitment, social competence and excellent communication skills to motivate, inspire and develop the ZEISS Group JOBV1_EN
