As a pedagogue in the group service, you will accompany a total of 8 residents between 16 and 23 years in a partially-worn, social-pedagogical setting of youth assistance. Your duties include:

• Individual pedagogical contacts with residents during group services
• Educational group offers, weekly group evenings
• take over responsibility in the context of reference work for two residents
• Implementation of holiday periods with residents
• Networking and cooperation with youth offices, parents, relatives, schools, training centres
• Participation in team discussions, supervisions, intervisions and structure days
• Participation in the crisis intervention with colleagues, if necessary Clinical instructions
• Documentation and participation in reporting, administrative tasks and cash flows

We wish you a:n colleague with:

• a degree in pedagogy, social education, psychology, medical education (Bachelor or Master) or an educational degree as an educator: in, medical education
• Professional experience in accompanying children and adolescents with mental illnesses
• experience in working in housing groups or other youth assistance and integration aid contexts
• Experience in parental work / family work
• an understanding of the handling of traumatized children and adolescents
• a view for relationships, effects, dynamics and transmission phenomena
• with pleasure for leisure activities and the planning and implementation of group activities
• safe handling of challenging situations, such as panic attacks, dissociations, self-harming behavior, etc.
