: You support the production manager operationally and strategically and drive forward the further development of our processes. Together with production planners and team leaders, you control the deployment and capacity planning of personnel, machines and materials. You will ensure a smooth production process in terms of quality, costs and timeliness. You are a contact person (m/w/d) for the manufacturing departments and accompany the team with technical challenges. Support in production planning and control: You first set up production plans and keeps customer orders, capacities and economics in mind. You analyze and optimize production processes and actively contribute your ideas. You ensure the smooth flow of material and information in production. You create work papers for standard and special orders. You support the further development of our quality management system. You keep an eye on orders and appointments so that our customers can rely on us.

Knowledge and personality: (m/w/d), Master (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual work experience in production planning, work preparation or similar positions, ideally in the metalworking industry Routinized handling of ERP systems (preferably Abas and etagis) and MS Office Analytical thinking, organisational skills and team spirit Structured, independent working and hands-on mentality Technical understanding, flexibility and pronounced social competence
