Project Manager Floor Slab & Basement (m/f/d)

Support and expand partner networks: You develop our cooperation partner network and conduct price and contract negotiations with partners, suppliers and service providers. Control and coordinate orders: You are responsible for the award of substructures and ensure optimal utilization, time and transparent cost management. Technical questions: You support specialist areas and customers: in the case of topics relating to building floor, floor panel, basement and construction site, you evaluate floor views, foundation concepts and underbuilding risks. Ensure quality: You accompany training, control the quality of the construction site and support in cellar removal, construction site feedback and special technical cases. Connect interfaces: You coordinate the cooperation between sales, calculation, architecture, project management, construction management and external partners. Developing standards: You establish and optimize group-wide processes, processes and basis of decision for the substructure sector.

Construction expertise: You have completed construction engineering training (FH, TU, Polier, Maurer or Concrete Builder) and brings several years of experience in high or low construction – ideally in the end customer segment. Technical & Economic Understanding: You think holistically, trade economically and go on tasks independently, structured and solution-oriented. Organization & System competency: You convince by organizational strength and work safely with MS Office as well as design-specific costing and planning tools. Customer orientation & cooperation: You understand the needs of our customers: you like to work in the team and meet challenges with flexibility and responsibility. Communication strength & enforcement capability: You represent your points of view with clarity and convince by the quality of your handbeat as well as an appraisal approach.
