Leadership with Planning Knowledge You bring at least five years of experience in designing construction engineering – and you know exactly what complex projects are about. The civil engineering with road and canal construction is your area and you can look back at at at least 5 years of leadership experience as a project manager in civil engineering in the performance levels 1 to 6 HOAI. Technically strong. Guided tour. Your know-how is well-founded, your decisions are comprehensible. You run your team with a clear compass – sovereign, motivating and solution-oriented. Macher*in with structure You work independently, aim-oriented and never lose sight of the big whole – even if it gets turbulent. Digitally safe MS Office and common tendering software are your craftsmanship tool – you know how to use them efficiently. Your foundation You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification – and the experience to really move something with your team.
