Qualification: Completed university studies (Dipl. [FH]/ Bachelor) of real estate management, forestry, business management or comparable qualification in the above disciplines Competences: Green and comprehensive expertise and experience in the field of property management Knowledge of economic planning Business knowledge Knowledge of the necessary legal bases and regulations in the area of responsibility, including the Federal Forest Law (BWaldG), Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG), Renewable Energy Act (EEG) Knowledge of old-load and fighting equipment processing and of renewable energies SAP knowledge or willingness to acquire them Good Microsoft Office knowledge as well as knowledge in GIS programs for map creation Other: driving licence class B and the willingness to carry out self-service vehicles Willingness to be used on a local basis with temporary absence from the place of residence (several days of service) and to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility
