Tasks You take responsibility for technical support requests and make sure that these are resolved to the satisfaction of our customers. You answer calls, chats and emails in a positive, empathic and friendly form. You look at the customer as a whole and advise each customer individually. You recognize the upselling potential with a wide range of our products. You make sure that the Linux / Windows servers of the customers are always accessible, either through a first error analysis and help to solve problems on the phone or forward requests via a Jira ticket to the data center.
