What should you bring?

• Completed training as a baker (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in industrial food production, but no need
• Technical understanding of production plants
• Willingness to shift work (spring, late and night shift)
• Careful and responsible operation
• Teamability and reliability

What do you expect?

• Preparation of bakery products according to prescribed recipes (e.g. harp, biscuits, continuous bakery products)
• Operation, monitoring and control of modern baking and production plants
• Dough preparation and control of fermentation and baking processes
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with recipe specifications
• Compliance with all hygiene and quality guidelines (HACCP)
• Documentation of production processes
