Lean Manager in Hamburg (m/f/d)

You are responsible for managing lean management in infrastructure projects in the context of integrated project execution (IPA). In doing so, you moderate Lean-Runden, take over the task management and ensure the structured digitization of the results. You analyse existing processes, identify potential improvements and actively drive the continuous improvement process. On this basis, you will develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce waste. In addition, you take over general project management tasks, such as the creation of monthly reports, project accounting and the moderation and documentation of meetings.

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management or comparable and have min. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Lean Management, ideally in infrastructure or construction projects. You possess well-founded knowledge of Lean methods such as Last Planner method or timing. You bring very good communication and presentation skills and experience in the moderation of workshops and in change management. Their mode of operation is structured and solution-oriented. The safe handling of MS Office and Lean-specific tools is obvious to you; first experiences in the field of BIM or interest in BIM topics are advantageous. You are also ready to travel between the main workstation Hamburg and the project locations in northern and central Germany.
