Specialist in receivables management for private customers (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes the processing of residues with private customers, their warnings and executions. You are also responsible for managing and monitoring accounts. In conclusion, our customers advise you on questions of receivable management. To clarify the facts, contact the customer by phone. You conduct customer discussions and correspondence with debtors and third parties. You encourage backward contributions and talk about power rest. You will enter into payment agreements and you will initiate enforcement measures. Talks and negotiations are conducted with debtors or other institutions, as well as telephone requests. The pursuit of fixed-term receivables is one of your tasks.

You have completed training to/from the businessman/wife for office management or completed training to/from the social security specialist or have a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring first professional experience in the field of customer service. In challenging situations, you will be able to prove yourself resilient and successfully complete tasks. You communicate trustworthy, confident and sensitive. Make relationships conscious, active and positive. You control conflict situations in the direction of a solution that is acceptable to all parties.
