Project Manager Operation in Wismar (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for the management of the production process, such as initiation, planning, implementation, coordination, control, monitoring and conclusion. Quality, cost, and appointment management for all assigned tasks as well as maintenance of the result, decision and process documentation until the final delivery. Professional leadership of the assigned team members (m/w/d) across technical and functional boundaries. Planning, coordination and implementation of project progress and completion checks, including plausibility of technical scales. Support and organisation of fault management, claim management (self- and foreign glues) and customers and internal technical reviews. Examination of the subproject results for consistency, trust in the contract and compliance with qualitative project parameters, such as quality, costs and dates. Integration into the matrix organization: technical assignment and reporting line to the project, disciplinary location within OPS.

Complete technical university studies. Long-term, relevant professional experience in a comparable position. IPMA certification level B or C. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. High flexibility, readiness to travel, self-responsibility and independent work. Excellent communication skills. Embossed team capacity and openness for intercultural cooperation.
