You personally advise our passengers on all tariff and service issues You sell tickets for local and long-distance transport (including subscriptions) You accept service-related customer requests based on service, collect them administratively and tax them up to the final processing Consumption and administration of complaints, as well as independent cunning decisions, belong to your area of responsibility You support the local team in preparing (sales) statistics as well as in software quality tests and various administrative tasks

You have a successfully completed commercial training as a travel agent (m/w/d), merchant for transport services (m/w/d) or you have several years of professional experience in comparable activities You have knowledge of conflict resolution You can prove very good language skills in German and good English skills You own routine in handling MS Office applications Changing shift services and work on weekends are fine for you Embossed service orientation and time flexibility as well as willingness to participate in regular training round your profile
