Implementation of disturbance, failure and cause analyses and derivation of sustainable improvement measures Creation and evaluation of technical and economic business cases for optimization measures Own-responsible initiation, control and documentation of management-of-Change processes including follow-up to the effectiveness of implemented measures Close cooperation with operation, mechanics, PLT and other specialist areas in implementing technical improvements Maintenance and use of technical documentation in SAP and COMOS Further development of the Reliability Centered Maintenance strategies to increase plant availability, reliability and cost-effectiveness Promoting the cross-site exchange of best practices and technical improvements within the Group
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Diplom/Master) Multiannual professional experience in maintenance, asset management, reliability engineering or technical engineering Multiannual experience in the chemical industry Practical experience in the Management of Change (MOC) Very good user knowledge of SAP and COMOS Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and technical regulations Embossed analytical skills and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working High communication and organizational competence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
