Head of Projectmanagement FAS/HAF (m/w/d) Location: Stuttgart What awaits you: Takeover of the function as an operative Senior Project Manager with additional disciplinary Responsibility for approximately 5–10 Project Managers of the Business Unit project-specific construction and leadership of interdisciplinary, cross-organisational and international project teams Total responsibility (including budgetary responsibility) for Project clusters in the middle double-digit million range Responsible planning, control and monitoring of all Project phases from conception to implementation (incl. negotiations) taking into account given quality, cost and targets Close operational cooperation with customers and Stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives. Reporting on project status and achievement the external and internal management to secure the claim and Subsequent management within the projects to the customer Input in the development of project management processes and products The internal organization What you bring with you: completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification and possessions a certification according to IPMA min. Level D or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the international automotive Project management Application of project management methods such as Waterfall, agility and hybrid project management models within the framework of organisational and development projects Hands-on-Mentality : Detectable successes in managing large-scale projects and proactive and pragmatic personality Economic action and thinking: Embossed cost orientation and experience in Cost control.
