Janni) the following position must be taken at the next possible time: Projektmanager*in Clinical Studies(m/d) The study center of the women's clinic currently supervises a variety of clinical studies. These are studies in which the University Hospital Ulm is a sponsor (IITs, ISSs) and studies in the pharmaceutical industry. The study center is embedded in the study center of the Comprehensive Cancer Center Ulm (CCCU). Type of contract: Limited Type of employment: full-time/part-time Application until: 30.04.2026

Support and coordination of academically initiated studies of the women's clinic: support in the preparation of study protocols, patient information and manuals, contact person to participating study centres and participating authorities, third-party administration incl. Monitoring compliance with budget and financing plans, contract management and coordination with participating partners and donors Coordination of clinical studies of the pharmaceutical industry: care and coordination of clinical studies, co-organization of the study center, contact person to the sponsor, the ethics committee and the authorities involved in carrying out studies

Completed scientific studies (medicine, biology) or comparable qualification Safe handling of standard EDV (e.g. MS Office) High readiness and joy for independent, structured and conscientious work Communication and team skills and organizational talent Good knowledge of English Experience with clinical trials desired
