For a successful, digitally oriented media company, we are exclusively looking for a Head of Audience & Subscriptions (m/w/d) at the next possible time. A presence in Berlin is required on at least three days a week.

Do you bring proven successes in the acquisition and binding of subscription customers and have a good understanding of digital business models? In addition, you are convinced by a hand-on mentality and enjoy developing new impulses for lead and subscription generation? We look forward to your application!

· Identification, digital speech and acquisition of new subscribers · Control of strategic and operational digital lead and subscription generation · Development, planning and implementation of innovative sales concepts · Building and Optimizing Digital Funnels · Use of digital tools and platforms for targeted lead and customer production · Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs, e.g. conversion rate and subscription degrees · Development of concepts for customer retention, prevention and winback · Close cooperation with other departments to optimize digital offers · Implementation of market and competition analyses

· Multiannual experience in digital distribution, ideally in the media industry · Detectional successes in the extraction and binding of subscription customers · Understanding digital business models, audience development and monetization · Experience in the use and analysis of digital sales tools and CRM systems · Hands-on-Mentality, Reaction Strength and Proactivity · Structured, independent and result-oriented operation
