Your role – entrepreneurs in business In this position you act not as a manager, but as a designer with responsibility for results: Strategic Overall Responsibility: Together with your technical counterpart, you control and develop the Hamburg branch with clear earnings and growth orientation Control & Performance: You are responsible for planning, forecasting and reporting (including HGB) and derive sound entrepreneurial decisions Process and efficiency drivers: You optimise commercial structures and processes and sustainably increase efficiency and quality standards Guided tour & culture: You lead your team targeted, develop talents and establish a powerful, value-adding leadership culture Representation & Network: You act as a central interface to customers, partners and internal stakeholders and represent the branch to the outside

Your profile – substance meets ambition You combine technical excellence with entrepreneurial thinking and leadership skills: Complete studies of the business economy, commercial training with further training (e.g. specialist) or comparable qualification Multiannual management experience in the commercial sector, ideally in the construction or project-oriented industry Funded expertise in controlling, financial management, accounting (HGB) and controlling complex units Experience in the development of organizations, processes and teams Sovereign handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and affinity for digital solutions Your personality – leadership with effect Thinking Entrepreneur: You realize potentials, make decisions and take responsibility for results Leading & binding: You create trust, give orientation and develop people sustainably Analytical & structured: You use figures as a basis for clear, predictive decisions Strong communication: You move safely at all levels – internally and externally
