Your tasks include the responsibility for requesting, analyzing and prioritizing IT requirements from the specialist areas. You are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of IT projects – including target definition, resource management, quality assurance and communication. You strategically advise the departments on digital solutions and new IT applications and ensure compliance with IT governance, IT guidelines and security requirements. You also tax and monitor the IT budgets in close coordination with Finance. You build interdisciplinary project teams, conduct them and coordinate cooperation – including external service providers. You carry out training and onboarding actions on IT-relevant topics and actively participate in European IT bodies to promote the harmonisation and further development of the IT landscape. You are responsible for the continuous documentation of the business applications and carry out regular reviews, audits and optimization measures. You take the control of escalations and ensure a sustainable solution. You work closely with the infrastructure delivery teams to ensure smooth IT operation. You keep an overview of the local and European infrastructure and application landscape. Of course, you will first get to know our products and internal processes. Ideally, you have a completed university degree with a focus on IT or economics or a comparable qualification. You will also bring at least five years of professional experience in IT project management as well as in request management. You have knowledge of ITSM, ITIL and modern project management methods (classical and agile). You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills. You have a very good understanding of operational processes and modern digitalization processes or Transformation approaches. You are characterized by high self-responsibility, enforcing ability and strategic thinking ability and master a secure stakeholder management at all hierarchy levels. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language. You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
