• You are responsible for holdings in the residential and commercial sectors

• You are working on the current stock topics, communicating with specialist companies, and carrying out write and awarding activities for craftsmen

• You monitor change and expansion activities and advise our asset management in the planning of value-keeping and value-increasing construction measures

• You are responsible for warranty themes for transfer to the respective developer of an object

• You deal with insurance damage in close coordination with building insurance

• In addition, you take the order assignment and invoice control into SAP-RE FX

• You accompany the acquisition of new port films from a technical perspective and support our further growth

• You have completed a technical training and you preferably have a further training as a technician:in

• You have already gained well-founded experience in the technical support of residential and commercial properties

• A safe handling of MS Office is of course for you - good users: internal knowledge of the SAP environment is an advantage
