In addition, you are responsible for selecting and incorporating new colleagues:inside, coaching and inspire your team and give everyone the chance to continuously improve and develop. You always have a look at the economic success of your store, the predefined goals and the associated KPIs – and take control to keep the performance at the highest level. Together with Area Management, HR and Retail Operations, you plan how your team and you can continuously develop the store and increase our brand awareness. Multiannual professional experience in store management and leadership role Passion for sales and customer service, uncompromising openness to all people and the ability to motivate and inspire others Curiosity and understanding of (incoming) trends in the field of fashion / footwear Result-oriented operation, understanding for trade-specific KPIs and an eye for detail Professional handling of MS Office as well as common cash systems Very good knowledge of German and English Last but not least, you are as enthusiastic about our products as we are, can identify you with the Brand Birkenstock and want to move something together with us!
