You are responsible for the regular functional or visual control of technical devices. You carry out small repairs and the elimination of disorders. You organize maintenance and repairs in cooperation with service providers. You are responsible for carrying out maintenance work or Sample runs of the sprinkler system and the emergency power unit. You monitor the security devices (BMA, EMA). You care for maintaining order and cleanliness. You are responsible for compliance with safety regulations when handling machines and tools. You get the purchase of small material for repairs.

You have completed a technical/handicraft vocational training, e.g. in the metal industry. You own the license class B (old: class 3). You have technical understanding and have ideally gained professional experience in a similar function. You work independently, structured and conscientious.
