Personal, organisational and professional management as well as further development of the building management department with the related fields of building management and construction Project and Construction Management with Budget Responsibility and Control in Building Function, Development and Implementation of a Climate-efficient and Climate-neutral Building Stock Planning, tendering, awarding, construction management and settlement of municipal construction measures (performance phases 1–9 HOAI) under sustainable considerations Optimization and standardization of workflows and their quality assurance Control and accompaniment Technical representation in political bodies A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.

Graduate, Master or Bachelor in Architecture Multiannual relevant and professible professional experience in the performance phases 1–9 HOAI and identified leadership experience Great passion for design and construction, building culture and architectural understanding Knowledge of architecture, urban planning and construction law Knowledge of HOAI, VgV, VOB, GEG and occupational regulations and standards Experience in project management and project management and funding acquisition Representative leadership and organisational competence, strategic-conceptual thinking, meaningful and result-oriented work Building template permission is desirable Social competence and willingness to work on a firm basis and to work on a team Very good communicative abilities and convincing power Willingness to design flexible working hours, to participate in meetings and meetings also in the evening hours, as well as in continuing and continuing training courses Safe handling of MS Office products as well as experiences with AutoCad, AVA programs, Infoma knowledge desirable
