Project Engineer / Planning Engineer – Gas and Water Supply (m/f/d)

As a team leader (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you carry the team gas/water professionally as well as disciplinaryly and continuously develop your employees and the organizational unit. You plan, coordinate and control challenging projects in the water production plant and investment measures in the gas and water distribution network. You represent the interests of our company vis-à-vis public authorities and public authorities and deal with issues relating to water extraction plants and water protection areas. You are responsible for the project planning and management of investment projects in the fields of water extraction, water treatment and water storage from planning to successful implementation. You develop future-oriented strategies for gas and water supply and design investment and maintenance planning taking into account economic efficiency, security of supply and sustainability. You take over operational commissions, in particular in water protection and environmental management, and ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements. You are willing to take over the technical management according to DVGW G 1000 and W 1000 for the gas and water savings and bear responsibility for the safety of work, operation and supply.

Complete study of engineering, ideally focusing on supply management, energy, environmental or process engineering. Multiannual professional experience in the energy and supply industries, preferably in the fields of gas and water supply. Experience in the professional leadership of employees as well as strong leadership and social competence. Willingness to participate in the willingness to call. Ideally qualification or Experience as technical leadership (TFK) according to DVGW G 1000 and W 1000 or the willingness to acquire this qualification. Class B/BE driving licence, preferably supplemented by C1E driving licence. Secure handling of common Microsoft Office applications and the willingness to work into specific specialist applications (including GIS, AVA and ERP systems). Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1). Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation combined with high team and communication skills. Impressed sense of responsibility and a high degree of implementation. Technical understanding, economic thinking and joy in actively shaping the future of gas and water supply.
