Manufacturing Process Developer Automotive - Polymers (m/w/d) - Hybrid Work (Remote & Presence)

Your tasks: • Material specification, optimization and validation of plastics and polymers taking into account sustainability aspects • Self-producing experimental and validation plans taking into account MDS and the development dates of the component • Development of materials in cooperation with raw materials manufacturers taking into account the conditions of development and specification of thermoplastic materials according to DBL • Knowledge of plastic processing (e.g. injection molding) is advantageous • Creation of specific delivery regulations to secure the final function/quality

Your qualifications: • Completed university education in plastics/materials engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable • Multiannual experience in plastics technology for automotive applications • Know-how in the application technology of polymer materials • High level of responsibility and reliability • German and English skills
