Development and administration of the CRM system as a link between local sales and the global salesforce team

cooperation with various projects in the sales sector, including focusing on digitalisation and efficiency improvements in sales processes; more precisely, the inclusion of requirements, their specification and implementation in process design, the subsequent technical translation and support of the implementation, through user acceptance test, up to rollout

User support through training, documentation and 1st level support

Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system and support relevant interfaces to ERP by creating and continuously improving appropriate reporting for the sales staff

successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or Economics with a focus on IT and Process Management

relevant professional experience in the CRM administration or as a business analyst, preferably in the eye-optical industry in the (distribution) controlling or sales service

sound understanding of process modeling and visualization as well as the use of suitable tools (e.g. Visio and Miro)

analytical skills and a high affinity for data and process analysis as well as project work

very good knowledge of MS Office (above Excel) and SAP ERP (above in the SD module), SAP Business Warehouse and MS PowerBI are of advantage

strong service and customer orientation and a high level of team and communication skills supported by a positive and friendly appearance

independent, very careful and solution-oriented operation

fluent German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
