We occupy the position at the next possible time to strengthen our team in Munich Projektmanager (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (at least 35 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. We offer living space, gastronomic facilities, kitas, an advisory network as well as a cultural program and manage the training funding. We are responsible for 15 universities in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. Staff is responsible for the concerns of our employees from all departments and staff of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern as well as the Studentisches Parent-Kind-Initiatives e.V. The support of our employees extends over the entire range of modern staff work, such as salary accounting, electronic time recording, profession and family, health management, human resources development and recruitment, training etc.

Staff management for the Studierendenwerk and our support association with the focus: Care and advice of our employees and managers on all personal questions Missing times management Processing of entry and exits as well as contractual changes with contract tracking management Maintenance of digital personal files (E-Acts) Candidate Management Contact and correspondence to external and internal partners, such as health insurance Working with projects and special tasks

Successfully completed commercial vocational training in conjunction with an additional qualification for staff, e.g. (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in the field of personnel, at best from the public service Ideally, you already have user knowledge for the P&I Loga3 personnel management software or the affinity to work into new programs.
