The following activities are included in your task: You prepare, organize and monitor construction projects from concept to completion. You coordinate and monitor construction and project activities. You ensure that building and quality standards, regulations and safety regulations are complied with. You create budgets, cost estimates, cost tracking lists and schedules. You monitor costs and dates for regular reporting. You check and tune invoices and make sure that all project costs are properly billed. You communicate with customers, architects, engineers and other project participants. You solve problems and conflicts on the construction site to ensure the smooth running of the project. You write out works and forget them, including evaluation of offers and negotiation of contracts with contractors and suppliers. You are responsible for the safety of work at the construction site by observing and monitoring all relevant safety regulations and standards.

Complete university studies in civil engineering, architecture, state-of-the-art construction technicians or a comparable qualification. At least three years of professional experience in construction and project management, ideally in construction and with experience in performance phases 6–8 according to HOAI. High self-initiative, readiness for performance and a structured and targeted way of working. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various project participants. Safe handling of common office applications and desirable experience with MS Project. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
