The Battery Technology Center has built up a new area in recent years. In the heart of the existing engine factory in Mannheim, a pilot plant for battery cells and packs is available to develop and test the specific manufacturing and assembly processes together with our cross-functional colleagues. In addition to the further development of the technical processes, the campus and the facilities are intended for a diverse and target group-specific qualification of employees:inside with reference to battery production.
