Control of complete tender processes incl. Supplier selection, offer assessment, negotiation and conclusion Commercial examination of performance lists as the basis for tenders and negotiations Self-fulfilment of commercial negotiations and ensuring a transparent procurement process in accordance with management manual Commercial project coordination between all participating areas Creation of decision templates, proposals for awards and SAP orders incl. Acquisition of releases, documentation and processing of supplements Development, maintenance and monitoring of complex framework agreements and cooperation in the identification of needs and market address Responsibility for one or more procurement categories including Analysis of market and price-relevant factors as the basis for the development of procurement strategies Working with the development of digital ordering and billing processes Analysis of procurement markets and participation in identifying new potential suppliers Support for interface analysis and development of optimization proposals Responsible handling of special tasks and strategic projects as part of the procurement and corporate strategy

Completed training for the real estate businessman/wife or industrial businessman/wife / state-tested technician / civil engineer / TGA engineer / architect Long-term professional experience in the procurement of construction services (> 5 years) Experience in project processing Conflictability and Enforcement Structured operation Load capacity High technical understanding Good knowledge in the field of VOB, BGB, Contract Law and HOAI Willingness to question existing concepts from the point of view of innovation
