Project Management & Total Responsibility: Takeover of responsibility as project management TGA for the performance and management of the project from planning to completion Coordination & Interfaces: coordination of all trades, subcontractors, external planners and suppliers and support in negotiations Customer support: First contact for the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction through structured interface management Planning & Control: Monitoring of workflows including appointment and resource planning, project documentation and performance accounting Cost, Quality & Security: Responsibility for Budget, Cost, Quality Assurance and Compliance with Work Safety at Customer Construction

Training & Qualification: Complete training as a plant mechanic SHK / gas and water installer or comparable qualification, ideally with further education as a technician / master or studies in the field of supply technology (e.g. sanitary, ventilation, heating, climate or plant engineering, building technology, facility management) Professional experience: Experience as project manager in the field of supply and equipment technology or Technical building equipment Expertise: knowledge of relevant standards and regulations and interest in the development of new structures Language knowledge: Good German knowledge Mobility: driving class B
