As a future designer:in awaits you: As a motivated:r HR Business Partner, you know and understand the needs of your defined care areas and support them in their organizational and strategic development You are the first contact person for executives and employees in all personnel matters, as well as in matters relating to company and collective agreements and legal frameworks A further focus of your activity is on the sovereign handling of classic area structures and modern work forms in agile and hybrid organizational units. You review and control the personal economic aspects of the specialist areas, such as the derivation of future personnel needs and competencies, and advise on appropriate measures for employee production and development In addition, you maintain a trusted and targeted exchange with the employee representation
