Complete training in refrigeration technology (e.g. refrigeration plant builders, mechatronics engineers for refrigeration technology or adequate professional experience) Technical understanding of refrigeration systems, hydraulic relationships and control concepts Secure handling of MS Excel and other digital tools for interpretation and documentation Experience in the sales service or technical distribution of advantage, ideally in the area of heat pumps or refrigeration/air conditioning Knowledge of how to use CRM systems and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and structured working methods
