Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Develop manufacturing processes such as grinding processes or ultraprecision processing including the necessary quality monitoring for the production and refurbishment of lithography optics
• Develop optical inspection processes that enable monitoring and continuously improving the quality of the processes
• Transfer processes from development to series production
• Take responsibility for development tasks and perform these independently
• Ensure project progress and compliance with deadline, quality and cost targets
• Close cooperation with internal expert teams, suppliers and external development partners

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• A very good master's degree in micro and nanotechnology, production technology, technical physics or in comparable engineering sciences is desirable
• Proven knowledge in the field of manufacturing or structuring of technical surfaces
• Knowledge in the field of statistical process control and data-based quality monitoring
• A high level of communication and enforcement
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
