Project Manager Privacy (m/f/d)

Contract negotiation & Contract review: You check and negotiate contracts with data protection, confidentiality and IT services. Incident management & data subjects: You process and coordinate data protection incidents as well as information, deletion, objection and rectification requests. You are responsible for evaluating, documenting and reporting data breaches. Data protection advice: You advise specialist areas and parts of companies on all data protection issues and provide clear, pragmatic guidance. You support the fulfilment of transparency, future, reporting, accountability/detection obligations. Audits and training: You carry out checks in the form of data protection audits and you are responsible, monitoring, organising and implementing important data protection training and awareness measures to promote data protection awareness within the Rhenus Group and work closely with our data protection officer. Data protection documentation: In addition, you will create meaningful reports on the implementation of data protection requirements, including the creation, maintenance and updating of relevant data protection documentation, in particular processing activities, information obligations and TOM's. Care / further development of the data protection management system (DSMS): You are planning and developing the degree of maturity of our data protection management system, including auditing and negotiation of order processing contracts, and maintaining data protection documentation.

You have completed studies or completed training in economic or legal fields. Practical experience in data protection in the company or in consulting or experience in the field of project management is advantageous. You convince with your hand-on mentality combined with an analytical and targeted and structured, independent, collaborative and solution-oriented way of working. You support cooperation, develop cooperation with other solutions and keep track of goals and results. Responsive and forward-looking thinking: You're open to changes, you're pragmatic and proactive and you're driving them forward. Personally, you are with your analytical vision, your ability to communicate responsively and at eye level, and a real profit to your sovereign rise. You bring the willingness to one-day business trips within Germany. Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 or higher) and very good knowledge of English, both in word and in writing.
