You are responsible for the telephone customer consultation and support as well as for our national and international customers. You follow the status of shipments, process inquiries and complaints as well as supply requests. Please inform our customers proactively. You act as an interface between the MRP, the envelope warehouse and our subsidiaries, as well as our partners and customers, and develop problem solutions. You edit shipments with the help of Active Report, unloading reports, indoor recording, residual mail list.

You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d), ideally with a forward-looking or logistical background. Good knowledge of English in word and writing are desirable. You have a high communication capability. With pleasure in dialogue, solution-oriented and independent to ensure the best customer experience. The customer-oriented work behavior completes your profile.
