Where to pack • At zollsoft you have the chance to actively shape the technological future of patient care and to really move something with your work. • You take over the technical leadership of our agile development team and accompany your colleagues:in, mentor:in and impulsive:in their development path. • About half of your time, you are dedicated to team leadership and especially support the strategic use of AI-coding tools in the developer everyday. • The other half brings you into the design, development and documentation of our software solutions based on Ruby on Rails and Vue.js. • You drive AI-assisted coding in the team and develop clear guidelines for an efficient, future-proof AI-first workflow together with your colleague. • You are actively involved in our entire deployment cycle and you opt for our CI/CD pipelines together with our DevOps team. • Together with product management and software architecture, you translate technical requirements into sustainable technical concepts. • You play a central role in stakeholder management and ensure that technical decisions are understandable, clean and meaningful in the long term. • This position can be 100% exercised from the home office. So you can work from your favorite place in Germany. • A part-time job is basically nothing in the way. Ideal if you share your time and energy with us at least 35 hours a week.

What you should bring • You bring well-founded, multi-year professional experience in software development – whether fullstack or with strong backend focus. • You have deep practical knowledge in Ruby on Rails and ideally also experience with Vue.js. • You have already taken over professional leadership or intensively accompanies developer teams and know how to motivate, strengthen and advance professionally. • AI tools like Claude, Cursor or similar coding assistants have long since become a firm part of your workflow. • You're burning on your knowledge of AI-based development as a multiplier: to support your team and establish new ways of working together. • Practical experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, is required. • Knowledge with Kubernetes and DevOps or DevSecOps are a big plus. • You bring a high quality awareness, act confidently in stakeholder management and communicate safely in German, at least in C1 level.
