Analyze & Optimize: Targeted commercial management of country performance based on unambiguous performance indicators (in particular generated revenue, sales uplift and campaign ROI) to continuously maximize local customer life value
Rollout & Enablement: Strategic support of local teams in the introduction of global strategies, blueprints and new Loyalty mechanisms
