Your duties • Evaluation of tendering and contract documents for follow-up risks • Examination and evaluation of additional cost indicators and supplements for construction contracts • coordination with local construction monitoring • Consultation of the client and preparation of opinions • Implementation of follow-up negotiations

Your profile • Successfully completed Higher Education or Higher Education (academic degree Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, Master) or comparable • Funded knowledge in the field of supply/contract management, in the calculation of construction prices, VOB and HOAI • Professional experience in local construction monitoring, planning and project management of infrastructure projects is desirable • An independent and systematic way of working and good organizational and communicative ability in word and writing • Application-safe handling of MS-Office programs • High operational readiness for time-critical tasks
