Specialist in quality management for road construction technology (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the further development and introduction of a nationwide quality management system in road construction, including definition of quality standards, control mechanisms and KPIs. Control and coordination of the implementation of EQUBAR and close cooperation with branches, offices and central departments. Analysis, assessment and further development of quality parameters, building materials and road construction concepts, taking into account technical and economic aspects. Technical advice, body work and support for research projects, training and basic topics in the quality management of road construction technology. Technical support and quality assurance of large-scale projects in road construction with a focus on quality management, design and uniform standards. Analysis, assessment and monitoring of quality requirements and shortcomings as well as derivation of sound recommendations for action for project and specialist decisions.

Successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in the field of civil engineering, road engineering or comparable qualification, expertise and experience. Long-term professional experience (at least 3 years), especially in road construction companies, engineering offices or in road construction administration with large infrastructure projects and well-founded expertise in the above-mentioned field of activity. Knowledge of the relevant road construction regulations, standards and building contract law (e.g. ZTV Asphalt-StB, ZTV Concrete StB etc., DIN standards, VOB, HOAI). Knowledge of quality management, quality management systems and methods. Experience in applying quality management tools and software. Standing for occasional nationwide missions.
