Trainee pension consultant (m/f/d)

From the first day, you are actively working as a full-fledged team member and assume successive responsibility for selected topics in preventive counselling, such as customer talks, acquisition tasks and administrative support in day-to-day operations.

No day is like the other: you support the design and creation of individual precautionary solutions for our (higher) private customers and are involved in customer contacts. You participate in continuous process optimization and transfer knowledge to the organization of LBBW.

You strengthen our market presence through personal and digital activities, for example by organizing customer events. In addition, you will accompany our consultants: inside the sites and assist them in using sales potential.

You work on a situational basis in cross-sectoral and cross-departmental projects.

A degree (Bachelor/Master) with an economic background or a comparable qualification (e.g. bank-sales training with training to/from the farmer:in), which must be completed until the start of the trainee program, form the basis for your entry.

You have already gained valuable experience in the financial and insurance industry through internships or student offices.

You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test.

You can communicate safely on all levels and appear open and competent. You have German language skills of at least Level C1.

You have a great enthusiasm for sales and are happy to advise people.

Embossed communicative skills, cooperation and negotiation skills, high customer orientation and service readiness are your strengths.
