Our area MO/ETS is responsible for the central design, implementation, development and control of digitalization in the global production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations (MO). Digitization forms an integral part of our production system. MO360 acts as a digital backbone for vehicle production and increases the efficiency and quality of our processes by using advanced technologies. Within this ecosystem, the MO360 Data Platform plays a crucial role by providing our data centrally. In our motivated team, you will advance the design and development of the MO360 Data Platform and work closely with experts from various fields such as production, quality, logistics and IT. In your role, you have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management and work with state-of-the-art technologies such as Databricks and PowerBI. You will immerse yourself in the world of data, optimize our processes and drive data-driven decisions. Cross-functional cooperation and the development of innovative solutions are at the heart of your work – be a motor of change and actively participate in the digital transformation at Mercedes-Benz. These tasks come to you: Support in project management and program management for the MO360 Data Platform Participation in organizing and coordinating workshops and training Management Working with data and data products to optimize our data world Support in designing and implementing solutions in Databricks and PowerBI Analysis and reporting of data supporting data-driven decisions Cooperation with various stakeholders from IT, production, powertrain, supply chain and quality to ensure the successful implementation of projects
