The Medical Service Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is the independent social-medical advisory and assessment service for all statutory health and care insurance companies in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Technical, organisational and personnel management of the Department of Nursing Leadership, development and motivation of employees of the department Further development of professional standards, work processes and quality concepts Processing and sharing of scientific knowledge on nursing issues Close cooperation with other departments, the management of care insurance and external partners Implementation of legal requirements, guidelines and internal objectives Participation in strategic projects of the Medical Service Participation in bodies at national and federal level, among others as a member of the "Social Medical Expert Group 2" (SEG 2) Care/help needs of the medical services at federal level
