Since 1949 the Aachen settlement and housing company mbH has been building apartments for people. After the war, the Aachener was founded in Aachen with a significant participation by the archbishops Cologne and Paderborn as well as the bis-owners Aachen and Münster. In 1950 the seat was moved to Cologne. In the post-war years, it was the task of society to participate in the reconstruction and to promote housing. From the outset, a focus of work was to provide broad sections of the population with affordable housing and housing.

As a real estate businessman (m/w/d) for the housing property and lease management, you are responsible for housing and part ownership communities as well as rental properties and are the central contact person for owners, tenants and advisers. From the organisation of owner meetings to the implementation of decisions to the rental and commercial management, you contribute significantly to the professional and service-oriented support of our real estate assets.

Organisation and implementation of owner meetings Self-implementation of decisions taken Commercial management of housing and part ownership communities Rental of living room Implementation and coordination of local appointments Implementation of administrative council meetings Complaint management and the out-of-court dunning

Real estate agency /-mann or a comparable qualification Practical experience in the management of housing owners communities Knowledge in the field of WEG management is advantageous Safe appearance, teamability and reliability Experiences with Wodis Sigma are advantageous, but no prerequisite
