Senior IT-Risk & Governance Officer (m/f/d)

Group-wide control and further development of regulatory, audit-relevant and risk-oriented IT requirements (including MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, EBA/EZB) Strategic design of the IT security and IT governance orientation incl. Development of target images, guidelines and guidelines for the LBBW Group Independent analysis of complex regulatory requirements and translation into implementable IT/Governance concepts as well as decision templates (Business vs. Security) Creation of decision-making documents and reports for management and board with focus on feasibility, governance capability and international requirements Proactive support and challenging IT control, building transparency via IT risks, regulatory obligations and implementation status leading interface function and moderation of complex coordination between IT, departments, 2nd Line, revision, supervision and international units; Takeover of subproject/stream lines Technical support and mentoring in the team on IT-Risk, Governance and regulatory issues

Completed study with IT reference or comparable qualification, ideally with certifications (e.g. CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001) Founded professional experience (i.e. at least 5-7 years) in dealing with regulatory IT requirements and responsible involvement in audits or IT regulatory/transformation projects Deep knowledge and practical experience with security/governance frameworks (e.g. NIST 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001) and their group-wide anchoring Proven expertise in IT risk management, IT governance and IT security principles including structured derivation and prioritization of implementation needs Experienced in the creation and presentation of management and supervisory templates (gree documents, decision templates, reporting) up to the board level Detectable experience in controlling complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, departments, 2nd Line, revision, foreign offices) as well as managing subprojects/streams Strategic, networked, solution-oriented thinking, sovereign appearance in the international context and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
