● You are fully engaged in SHK projects from the preparation and follow-up of the offers, through the technical execution planning and construction site support to the acceptance and preparation of the invoice. ● You coordinate the deployments of the three assembly teams, prepare the existing construction sites and ensure that material, technical information and clear work orders are available in time by regular votes. ● You carry out customer and construction site appointments, clarify technical questions and delivery dates, support the technicians in case of deviations on the construction site and continuously monitor project costs, appointments, additional work and open residual services. ● Own responsibility and design playroom: You organize your projects and the project department largely independently, meet your own decisions and can bring good ideas directly into the operational processes. ● Direct decision paths: You work closely with the managing director and can clarify technical, organizational and commercial questions without long-term voting on several hierarchical levels.

● You have well-founded expertise in the SHK field, a good technical understanding and ideally through a master or technician degree or a corresponding ongoing training. ● You work independently and organize, coordinate several assembly teams reliably and keeps in mind appointments, costs and open tasks in parallel projects. ● You are sure to go with computers and Microsoft 365, have very good German skills for customer and team voting and are open to the use of KWP and AI-based tools.
